Delete your account

Done with Superkitchen? Sad to see you go, but fair enough. Here is how to delete your account and your data. Superkitchen is an app by DBBC Ventures GmbH.

In the app

Android and browser: open your profile (your picture at the top of Home, in the browser bottom left in the sidebar) and choose “Delete account”.

iPhone: Home › gear icon › Account › “Delete account”.

If you own a kitchen, you hand it over to another adult member along the way. Or you delete the whole kitchen too.

Without the app

Email us from your account’s address at hello@getsuperkitchen.com with the subject “Delete account”. We delete your account within one month at the latest and let you know.

What gets deleted

Your account with your email address and sign-in, your profile in the kitchen, your wishes, ratings and favorites, and your devices for notifications.

Recipes, photos, the meal plan, the shopping list and the pantry belong to the kitchen and stay there for the other members, without your name. If you delete the whole kitchen, they go too, along with your community recipes.

What we keep

We keep purchase records for 10 years because tax law requires it (§ 147 German Fiscal Code). Technical logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest. More in our privacy policy.
